1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LumeraX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, learners, mentors, and organizational administrators.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell course content without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Platform
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All course materials, platform design, logos, and content are the property of LumeraX or its content partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal learning purposes only.
5. Certificates
Certificates issued upon program completion are verifiable at lumerax.co/verify. Certificates represent completion of coursework and are not academic degrees or professional certifications unless explicitly stated. Misrepresenting certificate status may result in account termination.
6. Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for individual plans. Organizational contracts are governed by their specific service agreements. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to course content will cease, but we will retain certificate records for verification purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
LumeraX provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from completing our programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
